The mission of the Pineywoods Community Academy Guidance and Counseling Department is to provide support and guidance through a collaborative effort from faculty, staff, parents, and community members to all students by promoting their personal growth, fostering academic success, post-secondary and career preparation, and personal social development as a means to prepare students to become lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and responsible citizens who display good character, who are ready to contribute, compete, and lead in today’s global society.
